WARRANTY REGISTRATION
To be eligible for warranty coverage your REN Cycles products must be entered into our REGISTRY SYSTEM within 90 days of purchase.
SERIAL NUMBER
Every REN Cycles frame has a serial number on the underside of the bottom bracket shell. We recommend recording your serial number by typing it into an email and sending to yourself, preferably along with a photo of your bike and/or serial number. Serial numbers are the only way to positively identify your frame; you will need it for warranty coverage and/or to prove ownership in the event of a theft.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All REN Cycles products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of retail purchase of the product, subject to the limitations detailed below. This warranty applies only to frames, components, and parts sold under the REN Cycles name that have been subjected to ordinary use & does not apply to frames or components re-sold, given to, or used regularly by persons other than the original owner. This warranty does not cover alteration or failure due to accident, or abuse.
Liability of REN Cycles under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the frame or component, at the sole discretion of REN Cycles. REN Cycles disclaims all other express or implied warranties except as provided in this section, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is extended to the original owner of the frame or component & is non-transferable. In all cases, proof of original purpose is required for consideration of coverage.
PROPER ASSEMBLY
All REN Cycles products should be assembled, installed, and serviced by a professional bicycle mechanic. Never modify your bicycle or accessories outside their compatibility and/or intended use.
NOT COVERED
• Damage due to improper assembly or lack of maintenance
• Lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler.
• Products that have been modified, cosmetically altered, neglected, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused, involved in accidents or subjected to non-standard use.
• Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
• Damage or deterioration to the paint, surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Labor required to remove and/or refit and re-adjust the product within the bicycle assembly.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. In no event shall REN Cycles be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to REN Cycles products except as set forth herein.
NORMAL USE
Normal use for REN Cycles products is described in ASTM F2043-00 Riding Conditions Classifications as a set of conditions for the operation of a bicycle on a regular paved surface where the tires are intended to maintain ground contact, as well as on unpaved and gravel roads and trails with moderate grades and conditions where contact with irregular terrain and loss of tire contact with the ground may occur. Drops are intended to be limited to 15cm (6") or less.

SUBMITTING WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims can only be made directly to REN Cycles or an authorized dealer. Please provide details about what happened, including but not limited to any identifying information on other components used in conjunction with the REN Cycles product. Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim is processed.
CRASH REPAIR/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Sometimes life takes a wrong turn. We understand. It can happen to anyone, at no fault of their own. If your REN Cycles product is damaged in a collision or other accident our crash replacement program is available to help you out.
