TEST RIDE REQUEST

We would love to share the experience of riding one of our fantastic bikes and are happy to provide a demo bike for a test ride if available. Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your specific request we are a small company and may not have the exact model/size available at the time requested. In such case we will follow up to provide options for substitution or information on a later date when the requested model/size will be available.

A valid credit card is required to be on file before scheduling any bikes for demo or test ride purposes. A security hold may be placed to ensure availability of funds but no charges will be processed unless necessary. The card on file and a valid government issued photo ID must be presented in person at the time of the test ride.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this request I understand and accept: - I have provided my credit card billing information and agree to be billed for the full purchase price of the bicycle if it is not returned on schedule and/or $100 per day rental fee if returned late and/or for the full cost of repairs/maintenance and/or replacement parts if the bicycle is damaged, soiled, or otherwise returned in a condition other than that in which it was received. - A CPSC certified bicycle helmet is required for all test rides and I must provide my own helmet and take all responsibility for the appropriateness/fit of my helmet. - Cycling and all outdoor activities entail some inherent risk of injury and I attest that I am competent and able to ride a bicycle and assume any and all responsibility for any damages to property or injury of persons and release REN Cycles LLC and its Agents of any and all responsibility or liability for related damages or injuries. - I am responsible for providing any additional safety equipment or accessories needed including but not limited to lights, locks, gloves, shoes, rain gear, etc. - I am at least 18 years of age or the parent/legal guardian of the person aged 15-18 named above and sign on their behalf. - Subject to availability and favorable weather. Not all requests can be accommodated at all times.
