Take all measurements with bicycle on a level surface. Specify millimeters (mm) or inches (in).

TIP OF SADDLE to HANDLEBAR CENTER

From the nose of the saddle to the middle of the handlebar at the stem clamp. Specify millimeters (mm) or inches (in).

TOP OF HANDLEBAR to FLOOR

From the top of the bar at the stem clamp straight down to the floor. Specify millimeters (mm) or inches (in).

STAND-OVER HEIGHT

From the top of the top tube straight down to the floor. Alternately you can measure along the inside of your leg, from crotch to floor.

STAND-OVER HEIGHT REFERENCE

The Stand-Over measurement given above is:

From Existing Bike -- works but clearance is tight (1-inch or less)

From Existing Bike -- is good, has ample clearance.

From Existing Bike -- loads of clearance, could be much higher.

CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Accidents happen, they are an unfortunate and universal part of life.

We appreciate that you have invested in our products and understand that accidents are impossible to budget for. We want to keep you in the family and if your REN Cycles product is damaged in a collision or other accident that qualifies under our Crash Replacement Program we are happy to offer you a repair or replacement part at a significantly reduced price.

CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Crash repair/replacement is available to the original owner only.
Crash repair, when possible, will be priced on an individual basis.
Crash repairs are to be performed by REN Cycles unless otherwise specified.
Crash replacement cost is generally 50% of the current retail price; some exclusions may apply.
Crash replacement is not offered on any product that has been modified, neglected, or used outside of its intended riding category.
Crash replacement covers REN Cycles products only.
Crash replacement claims may be approved or denied by REN Cycles’s sole discretion.
Product must be returned to REN Cycles for crash replacement to be processed.
Original sales receipt must accompany frame or fork.
Sales tax, return freight, VAT and import duty are not covered by REN Cycles and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To request coverage please contact us with a copy of your original purchase receipt and/or warranty registration confirmation, photos of the damage, and a description of the circumstances during which the damage occurred. We will assess the information and follow up with any requests for additional information or documentation.

Our goal is to process Crash Replacement Program claims as quickly as possible and get you back out riding with minimal delay.

Once your order is placed we are happy to schedule an appointment for an in-person meeting at our workshop in Portsmouth, North Portland (97203) to go over any custom details needed to finalize the order and get your REN set up exactly how you want it.

TEST RIDE REQUEST

We would love to share the experience of riding one of our fantastic bikes and are happy to provide a demo bike for a test ride if available. Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate your specific request we are a small company and may not have the exact model/size available at the time requested. In such case we will follow up to provide options for substitution or information on a later date when the requested model/size will be available.

A valid credit card is required to be on file before scheduling any bikes for demo or test ride purposes. A security hold may be placed to ensure availability of funds but no charges will be processed unless necessary. The card on file and a valid government issued photo ID must be presented in person at the time of the test ride.
